Some people strive to get on someone else’s “A” list. On social-networking sites people hope others will tag them was one of their top five or ten favorites. I think I would rather strive for God’s “Be” list (pun intended). Here’s a semi-short list that is by no means all inclusive. Hope you enjoy!

Mat 5:12 “Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven:”

Mat 5:48 “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.”

Mat 7:1 “Judge not, that ye be not judged.”

Mat 9:2 “… be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.”

Mat 10:16 “… be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

Mat 14:27 “But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.”

Mat 24:44 “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”

Luk 6:36 “Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.”

Rom 12:2 “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

1Co 11:1 “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.”

1Co 15:58 “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”

2Co 6:17 “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,”

Eph 4:32 “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another…”

Col 3:15 “… be ye thankful.”

Jas 1:22 “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only…”

Jas 5:8 “Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.”

1Pe 1:15 “But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;”

1Pe 3:8 “Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:”

God Bless and Have a Great Week!
